PROJECT SLEEP

Sleep Single SESSION Intervention

What is the goal of this activity?

Final SM posts -24_edited.png

Our lab is working with our partners in the UK to test a brief, online activity (i.e., single session intervention; SSI) aimed at improving sleep among young people.

Sleep is important to both physical and mental health, but most young people do not get the sleep that they need!

Our goal is help young people learn about sleep and try out strategies (shown to work!) to improve their sleep. We hope this activity can help young people get information about sleep in an easy, fun way and get started to improve their sleep (not replace treatment!).

How long will this activity take?

The activity will take 20-30 minutes to complete.

Where is the activity taking place?

This activity can be completed online with any device that has access to internet!
